By using AI Trivia Arena, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service description
AI Trivia Arena is an AI-powered trivia game featuring daily challenges, live multiplayer games, venue-based trivia nights, and global leaderboards. Questions are generated by AI across 18 categories. The service includes free and paid tiers.
Account
You may play as a guest without an account. To save scores, track streaks, and appear on leaderboards, you must sign in with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your magic link emails. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free plan limits
Free plan users may play the daily challenge and join live games. Some categories and game modes may be limited to Pro subscribers. These limits may change as the service evolves.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All payments are processed by Stripe (web) or through the App Store / Google Play (mobile). You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests within 7 days of any charge will be honored for web purchases. To request a refund, email CEO@epicai.ai with your account email and the charge date. Mobile purchases are governed by the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
Acceptable use
You may not: use offensive or inappropriate display names; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; exploit bugs to gain unfair leaderboard advantages; create multiple accounts to circumvent limits; or use automated tools to interact with the service.
Leaderboards and scores
Scores and leaderboard positions are determined by our scoring algorithm (base points, speed bonus, streak multiplier). We reserve the right to reset scores or remove players from leaderboards if we detect cheating or exploitation.
AI-generated content
Trivia questions are generated by AI and reviewed for accuracy. While we strive for correctness, AI-generated questions may occasionally contain errors. We are not liable for inaccuracies in question content. If you find an incorrect question, report it and we will review it.

AI Trivia Arena is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
